INT. TREEHOUSE - MONTAGE

The opening theme song would play while showing different clips/locations of the show.

EXT. TREEHOUSE PORCH- DAY

MR. KIRK is climbing up the treehouse ladder and steps onto the porch of his treehouse. The porch is large, and has a handrail going around the three sides of it so no one falls. To the right is the entrance to the treehouse. Also on the porch is a mailbox, and two chairs and a small table for visiting.

Before Kirk speaks, he peaks over at a little bird's nest and then smiles at the camera.

KIRK (to the camera)
Ah, hello there! Welcome to my treehouse! I'm Mr. Kirk and I'm so glad that you could be here today! Come on inside, so I can introduce you to someone.

INT. TREEHOUSE MAIN - DAY

Mr. Kirk walks into the treehouse. It is full of fun knickknacks (marbles, slingshot, Mobi action figure) on wooden shelves. A bookshelf has a bunch of fun books in it (Bible, some Average-Boy and BRAVE Books). A cloth map of Freedom Island is on the wall. A little hammock is up in the corner near the door on the left. A rocking chair is also set up next to a little side table that has a lantern on it.

KIRK
Iggy! Hey Iggy, you here yet?

An iguana puppet emerges from the back window.

IGGY
Right here, Mr. Kirk!

KIRK (slightly startled)
Oh, there you are Iggy. I didn't see you there. You must be part chameleon.

IGGY
Nope! 100% pure iguana here. But I have a cousin on my mother's side that got married a chameleon, but we haven't seen them since. What's up Mr. Kirk.

KIRK
Well Iggy, I've brought some new friends to visit our treehouse and to meet you.

IGGY
New friends? YES!I love new friends. (to the camera) Hello! Nice to meet all of you, I'm so excited for all the adventures we'll go on together. We're going to learn so much! Glad you're all here.

INT. CLUB AWESOME SAUCE – LEFT SIDE WINDOW – DAY

The group moves over to the left side of the club to the window with a worm in hand. The bird nest sits right outside the treehouse window. The birds inside are animated. They begin to feed the little birds as they have their conversation.

KIRK
So Iggy, I've got some big news!

IGGY
What is it Mr. Kirk? They finally came out with a new crayon color called 'Iggy Iguana Green'?

KIRK
What? No, Iggy. But I did bring you worms!

Mr. Kirk pulls out a can of worms from a pocket in his pants, and sets it on the window seal next to Iggy.

IGGY
Oh, I love worms! How did you know this is exactly what I wanted as a snack?

KIRK
No, no, no. These worms aren't for you to eat!

IGGY
Then what am I going to do with a delicious can of worms right in front of me? The temptation Mr. Kirk, the temptation!

KIRK
I thought you would want to feed the baby birds!

IGGY
What baby birdies?

KIRK
Well, you know those little eggs we've been watching in the nest for the past week? Some of them hatched last night!

IGGY
You mean there was actually something inside those eggs?

KIRK
Yeah, baby birds!

IGGY
Yeah ok, sure Mr. Kirk... (Iggy is thinking hard, trying to comprehend) But how did the birds get inside the eggs?

KIRK
That's where all birds start. That's why eggs are so important. That's how it is for a lot of different animals. Baby birds, and baby fish, and baby reptiles come from eggs. I mean, you were even hatched from an egg, Iggy.

IGGY
(shocked) What? There is no way. I feel like I would remember that! You're telling me I was in an egg just like those birds?

KIRK
Well, you were in a lizard egg. It's true. In fact every little baby grows before they're born. Did you know that every human baby grows for nine months inside their mommy's tummy. And even though we can't see them, they're there growing bigger and stronger. Just like the baby birds!

IGGY
Wow, I didn't realize that is how it is for all babies. So my friend Hank the Stork told the truth, he doesn't deliver babies. Any-hey, can we check out the new baby birds?

KIRK
Sure, they're nest is right next to the porch.

EXT. TREEHOUSE PORCH - DAY

Mr. Kirk and Iggy walk onto the porch and lean over the side where the nest rests on a branch.

Iggy is standing, but a large branch covers the view beneath him.

KIRK
(to the camera) Did you know that most little babies can't feed themselves. They need help. Usually from their mommies. (back to Iggy and the nest) And look at that! The mommy came back to feed her babies. What a good momma bird!

Mr. Kirk and Iggy watch as the momma bird flies in and feeds her babies.

IGGY
I bet that's exhausting for the momma birds to have to find herself food, but then also food for all of those little babies.

KIRK
Moms work hard to take care of their babies. Taking care of any baby is a lot of work, but it's always worth it. All little lives are important.

IGGY
Wow, and to think, yesterday I thought the eggs were just a bunch of nothing.

KIRK
Well, the birds were there yesterday, even though we couldn't see them. The life of these little birds is precious, and it was precious, even before they came out of their eggs.

IGGY
What about the last egg there. When will that egg hatch?

KIRK
I bet that will hatch by the end of today. We should come back later and check on it. In the meantime, why don't we let these little ones get some rest. Babies need their sleep.

IGGY
Good idea. See you later little birdies. See you later egg, and little bird inside. I can't wait to meet you!

Mr. Kirk and Iggy go back inside the treehouse.

INT. TREEHOUSE MAIN - DAY

KIRK
That sure was amazing! (to the camera) Seeing new life always gets me so excited. It's so special, isn't it?

IGGY
Sure is Mr. Kirk. Oh, and something else exciting arrived last night. Asher the fox finished installing the new Treehouse Computer.

KIRK
Oh! I can't wait to see it! (to the camera) Let's go check it out!
