The Book Launch Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing successful book launches across every stage of the process—production, pre-launch, and launch. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in coordination of all phases of book launches, including pre-launch planning, launch execution, and post-launch follow-up
  • Develop and manage detailed launch timelines, checklists, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, operations, and product development to align launch efforts
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for authors during the launch process
  • Track launch progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues

This role is responsible for owning core performance reporting, identifying trends and insights, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and execution teams.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure we understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to allocate resources to drive profitable growth. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly in tools like Shopify and Excel to support a fast-moving, performance-driven organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and maintain marketing and revenue performance reporting across channels
  • Analyze Shopify data including sales, AOV, LTV, churn, refunds, and cohorts
  • Track and report on subscription metrics (retention, churn, renewal rates, MRR)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel and related tools

This role combines procurement management and data analysis to ensure the company operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and with strong supplier partnerships. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PR Associate to support our public relations team. You’ll assist with media pitching, outreach, scheduling, research, and reporting—working closely with the PR and partnerships team to drive visibility across TV, podcasts, radio, and digital media. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and clear communication are essential, as this role involves real responsibility and direct interaction with media and talent.

This is a hands-on opportunity to build foundational PR skills while making a meaningful impact at a growing, mission-driven company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development and execution of PR campaigns and media strategies.

partners, securing high-impact guest appearances across TV, radio, podcasts, and

BRAVE Books is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to build our social media channels. This person will be responsible for growing followers and brand influence through a variety of tactics, including but not limited to organic and paid content calendar execution, influencer programs, paid social ads, social strategy, reporting, and community management. This position will be an integral part of the growing marketing department and requires a person who is a self-starter and knows how to grow a brand rapidly on social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all owned social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Truth Social, YouTube and more)
  • Evaluate & launch new social media channels
  • Develop a social media content calendar 
  • Establish channel KPI’s, own channel analytics & reporting
  • Maintain brand story and voice to ensure consistency across all Social Media platforms 
  • Develop engaging and channel relevant content
  • Partner with external partners to build & execute strategies for launches 
  • Serve as a community manager on all social media platforms

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Thorough knowledge of all social media networks
  • At least one year of experience managing social media platforms for communities or brands
  • Management of a brand or company’s social media channels and analytics tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Must be highly motivated, have a positive demeanor, be a team player, a proactive self-starter, and an excellent communicator
  • Ability to work with external partners in a professional manner
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, both in structure and content
