Product Description

Jeff loves nothing more than playing outside, but when an unexpected illness stops him in his tracks, he realized just how much his family loves him. Making a Would-If-I-Could list might not be the adventure he's always imagined, but it's real for Jeff when his family makes his list come true.

In Hudson and Nicole Saphier's book That’s What Family's For, children will follow the adventures of one sweet monkey, Jeff, who falls ill and needs some cheering up. His family goes above and beyond to help him think of a Would-If-I-Could List full of fun activities. They show Jeff how much they love him and that no matter what hard things come their way, the love and support of family is what truly matters.

"It’s a book for a family with a child with a long term illness. It seems to jump to thoughts with out much explanation. I was hoping for a more widely situated subject matter."

A perfect gift for a little 8 year old girl being adopted!!!

"My granddaughter is being adopted in April 2024. My granddaughter was experiencing very difficult times 3 years ago and asked me why can't I have a mom and dad like other children. I told her I didn't have an answer for that but I said I know that we have a big God that can. Time passed and my cousin said I really feel lead to fight for her in court. With jumping through many hoops with Social services my cousin and her husband won the court case for my granddaughter. She now has and lives with her new mom, dad, 2 sisters, and a brother!!! (B) has favor with God. Her name is confidential due to privacy (B) is short for her real name but she still in Social Services (but lives with her new family) until the adoption. (B) said I sure will like it when we don't have the state over us. This book is perfect timing."
